Reverse the Reptile™
The right to a fair trial is the fundamental cornerstone to the American legal system and it is under attack. Unfortunately, nuclear verdicts are on the rise as the plaintiff’s bar continues to employ a strategy known as the Reptile approach to inflaming jurors. Our Reptile Team ensures that witnesses recognize these unscrupulous tactics and learn how to handle the strategies when encountered by an unscrupulous lawyer.
When dealing with the reptilian theory, it is very important to understand the balance between the law and the psychology behind the theory. The prepping of the witness should not only be based on the legal aspects of the case, but also the psychological aspects that are involved as well. The witness-centered preparation strategy is an enhancement to the Litigation-Centered Approach.™ Robin Jackson-Bernhardt’s master’s degree in clinical psychology allows her to bring a balance of psychology and law to every deposition preparation session in order to ensure that the reptile is defeated both legally and psychologically.

Our goal is to ensure that our clients and their employees are questioned ethically in deposition and are not unfairly questioned to skew answers and mislead the jury.
